How to use our booking system

Before booking your session and to avoid any unnecessary cancellations, please ensure you read the information on this page carefully.

Please be aware that our opening hours are from 9am to 8pm,  7 days a week.

When scheduling your session, please take into account the duration of your session. If you choose an appointment time which means your appointment starts or ends outside of our opening hours, it will automatically be cancelled. For example, if you book a session at 7.30pm, your appointment will automatically be cancelled as we close at 8pm.

First sesion

Your first session will be for 90 minutes. 

 

Follow up session

All follow up sessions will be for a maximum of 60 minutes.

What happens after your session is booked? 

You will be sent an automated email to confirm your appointment date and time. If you do not receive this email, your session will not have been booked so please try again.

After you have received your confirmation email, we will email you a PayPal payment link. Should you qualify for a discount, this will be noted when the link is sent to you. 

Please note that payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving this email otherwise your appointment will automatically be cancelled. 

Can't find a suitable appointment time?

Due to high demand, appointments book up very fast! We have a number of regular clients who book packages or a series of follow up sessions. To be fair to all of our clients (new and regulars),  we only allow bookings to be made one month in advance.

If you can't find an appointment time that suits you, please keep checking back. We update our calendar on a weekly basis with any cancellations. We also add a new week of appointments.

Cancellations

We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel your appointment.
 

Should you wish to cancel your appointment, simply email us at info@regencyhypnotherapy.com with the date and time of your appointment and a note to say you want to cancel. You can re-book your session at any time via our booking system below.

Please note that a full session fee will be charged for any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
